We have beds and couches at your request that give your dog the comforts of home while you’re away. your dog can even sleep in a room here with us

Requirements:
Your dog must be up to date on all vaccinations/ titers
A trial boarding day is required ONLY for dogs that have human aggression concerns to be sure they can be handled by our our staff. Standard charge for the trial unless they fail the trial (failed trial is no charge)
Toys, blankets, beds, and bowls are not accepted for health and safety reasons. We will provide beds and blankets.

Feeding:
-You can bring your own food or we can provide it for an additional $ 5/night, We have Grain free, Chicken free, limited ingredient, and standard kibble/canned. you are welcome to bring treats and snacks.
*We can not provide prescription or raw diets.
-We use the Kinn Kleanbowl system here. It is the 100% germ free dog bowl and is proven to help dogs in kennels situation to eat more. Click the link below tolearn more.
Sleepover Drop Off and Pick Up:
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED 12-1 DAILY
You may drop off your dog at any time; however we prefer drop off no later than 6 pm so we may have adequate time to prepare a room and dinner for your dog before closing time. It is best if your dog can play, get nice and tired, and ready for bed in the evening.
You may pick up your dog at any time, however after 12:00pm there is a $40 half-day charge.

THIS FEE IS WAIVED IF YOU ARE GETTING EXIT BATH OR GROOMING!!!
We offer early SCHEDULED drop-off and late pick-up within 30 min of normal business hours for $20 – (Maximum 30 min early or late)
The earliest SCHEDULED early drop off Monday - Friday is 6:30 am and the latest late pick up is 7:30 pm

Saturday SCHEDULED earliest drop off is 7:30 and latest pick up is 6:30

early drop off/late pick up MUST be scheduled beforehand with a credit card on file. We do charge for scheduled early/late pick up if you no show as well

FAQ
Do I need an appointment for a tour?
Yes! we require an appointment. While we have an open door for anyone to come at any time, Making an appointment ensures that we have the necessary staff available to answer your questions and no other tours during the time you are there. Since meeting with a new customer takes the staff away from other duties, we try to be prepared to have additional staff to take over during tours.

My dog has anxiety, what should I expect?.
It is common for an anxious dog to scrape their nose on doors or kennels, chew and destroy property, and scratch at doors and walls causing injury. Other than removing your dog from the kennel there is not too many solutions to this unfortunately.
What Vaccines are required for my dogs stay?
We require Distemper, Bordetella, Rabies and a Negative Fecal exam within one year*
*many viruses and parasites can be transmitted between dogs just from drinking the same water. This is why we require a fecal, to maintain a safe facility.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, not only can we accommodate a special diet but we can administer medication and injections as well. We have a full kitchen for making all accommodations for special meals.
